Reducing retail dependence
Davies Chocolates came to us with a clear objective: increase online sales and reduce their dependence on physical retailers.
Although they already had an eCommerce website, the majority of their revenue was coming from second-party stores and supermarkets. Their products were sitting on shelves alongside multiple competitors, leaving them reliant on in-store traffic and external distribution channels.
They had never invested in online advertising before, but they knew they needed to build a direct-to-consumer channel and create a steady, predictable stream of monthly purchases.

Through two always-on campaign layers and tailored seasonal activations, we kept the brand visible and relevant across different audience segments and buying stages. Within three months, average order value increased from $75 to $100, delivering a 3.6x return on ad spend and creating a more predictable online revenue stream.
